Vinzenz is Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer at rready. rready provides SaaS-solutions to enable companies to start and scale their intrapreneurial initiatives. In his role at rready, Vinzenz is leading the Product team being responsible for Engineering, Design, and Product Management. Besides his day job, Vinzenz is a regular guest and coach at Swiss universities to support students in their idea execution.

Before founding rready, Vinzenz was part of the core team at Swisscom who started and scaled their intrapreneurship program called 'Swisscom Kickbox' which built the base for 'rready'. After having supported hunderts of intrapreneurs at Swisscom, the team brought it as a product to market under the name 'GETKICKBOX'. GETKICKBOX turned into the VC-backed venture 'rready'. Vinzenz holds a Bachelors degree in Product Design and Communication Design.
